From material to craftsmanship, redefine the safety and texture of door locks
For 25 years, Huitai Long has been deeply engaged in the field of home hardware, and has always taken the choice of materials as the first line of defense for quality. In the production line of the new base, brass door locks are made of H62 environmentally friendly brass with a purity of more than 95%, molded by 12 precision forging processes, which not only has excellent corrosion resistance, but also realizes 0.01mm fit between the lock cylinder and the lock body through precision machining to ensure smooth opening and closing without any jamming. Zinc alloy door lock is innovative to add 3% of the magnesium element, high temperature die-casting and surface electrophoresis treatment, to solve the traditional zinc alloy oxidation and discoloration of the pain point, salt spray test can reach more than 500 hours, suitable for coastal humid areas.
Stainless steel door locks are designed for high-frequency use in public space, using 304 food-grade stainless steel plate, eliminating welding points through laser cutting and one-piece molding technology, increasing impact strength by 40%, and still operating stably even in extreme environments ranging from -30℃ to 80℃. As a security supplement to the main lock, the auxiliary door lock adopts a double-hook and tongue structure design, together with an anti-sawing tongue and wear-resistant lock cylinder, which can withstand lateral impacts of more than 1,000N, adding another barrier for home security.
Empowered by digital production, efficiency and precision are both improved
The new base introduces the digital management system of Siemens, which realizes the traceability of the whole process from incoming raw materials to outgoing finished products. In the lock production workshop, 50 sets of high-precision CNC machine tools make up the automated production line, which can process 800 lock parts per hour, with the dimensional error controlled within ±0.02mm, much higher than the industry average of ±0.1mm. Surface treatment link adopts automatic electrostatic spraying production line, through 8 pre-treatment processes and constant temperature curing process, so that the adhesion of the coating reaches level 1 of GB/T 9286-1998 standard, eliminating the problem of paint loss and color fading.
The quality inspection link is called “harsh”: each door lock needs to go through 100,000 times of opening and closing test (equivalent to 20 years of home use), 120 hours of salt spray test, 500N static load test and other 16 tests, unqualified products directly into the rework channel. The person in charge of the quality inspection department of HUTLON said, “The digital system allows us to monitor the production data of each piece of equipment in real time, and once abnormal parameters are found, the machine can be automatically shut down and adjusted within 3 seconds to ensure that the pass rate of the products leaving the factory reaches 99.9%.”
